Who we are

This website belongs to H&L Landscaping and Grading, 2821 US-64 #74a, Rutherfordton, NC 28139. You can reach us at (828) 289-8180 or bryson.newton@yahoo.com. This policy covers this website only.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you pick and your message. We don't run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your message, give you a quote and do the job you ask us for. We don't sell them, rent them or share them with anyone for marketing.

How your message reaches us

When you press Send, the website's server passes your message to us as an email. The web developer who runs this site for us can also handle these emails to keep the form working. Your message is kept in our email for as long as we need it to answer you and keep a record of the job.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To do that, Cloudflare looks at information from your browser and connection, such as your IP address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Google Maps

Our contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and may set cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Links to our Facebook page and Google listing open those sites, which have their own privacy policies. The videos on our homepage play from this site, not from Facebook.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have from you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call (828) 289-8180.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
